All meals start with Salad of:
Composed Salad of Peppery Arugula and Fresh Berries, garnished with Candied Spiced Nuts and Goat Cheese, all moistened with a Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
The Main Course is a choice of:
Lightly Smoked Braised Short Ribs finished with Cherry Cabernet Demi-Glacé, Crispy Fried Shallots, and a drizzle of Black Pepper Parsley Oil
OR
Cider Sage Brined Pork Loin finished with Jus Natural and Warm Spiced Apple Compote
OR
Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple Risotto finished with Riesling Wine and Gorgonzola Cheese, garnished with Honey Paprika Roasted Acorn Squash, Grilled Apple, and Candied Pumpkin Seeds
All meals finish with dessert:
Spiced Caramel Apple Bread Pudding finished with a drizzle of Homemade Caramel and Double Vanilla Whipped Crème Fraîche
