Memorial Day Parade Info

Date: Monday, May 25th
Call Time: 8:30am SCN
Parade Step off: 10:00am
Freedom Walk Ceremony: 11:00am
Return to SCN: Noon
Music: Sousa Classics/National Anthem

Uniform: We will wear the blue polo shirt, official SCN band white baseball cap, all black pants with all black belt, all black calf socks (not ankle socks) and official marching band shoes.

The following items are not permissible and will jeopardize your grade.

•    Ankle socks
•    White socks
•    Sparkly belts or other distracting jewelry
•    Sun glasses (you have a cap to block the sun)
•    Work out pants, sweat pants, capris, black denim, faded black pants
•    Un-tucked polo shirts

The Freedom Walk ceremony is an opportunity to honor our veterans along with the VFW, American Legion, and city officials. We share this privilege with St. Charles East on an alternating year basis and this is our year. We will perform the National Anthem and Sousa Classics at the ceremony.

If families will be out of town over this holiday weekend, 3 listening assignments must be submitted by Friday, May 22nd.
