Join us on Wednesday September 30 from 7-9 in room 144 for an informational session on degree programs, school selection, and the application process for those intending to become music majors in college.

You may not know that Mr. Wis was formerly the Associate Dean for Enrollment and Student Services in the arts college (Chicago College of Performing Arts) at Roosevelt University. He oversaw all aspects of the admission, audition, acceptance, and scholarship processes.

Families are invited to this presentation which will arm you with the information you need in order to find the best school for you. Students of all ages are encouraged to attend along with parents. The sooner you understand the process the better, even if you are not certain you will major in music.

Also, in addition to September 30th, please also mark your calendars for the Visual and Performing Arts College Fair to be held at Roosevelt on Saturday October 10 from 1-3pm. More than 70 schools will be in attendance. This is a very important opportunity to collect brochures from the best music schools in the country. Please see details here.
