Marching Band: The Weather is not our Friend

Thursday weather update:

Drumline and color guard will meet tonight as planned, but the rest of the band will not meet as the field will not be usable.

Friday Plan:

Call times are the same: Freshmen 5:45, Sophomores 6:00, Juniors 6:10, Seniors 6:20 (then proceed to the track to meet your parents for Senior Night.

WHAT TO WEAR: You need to wear YOUR black dress pants that you wear for parades. We will NOT be issuing the marching band pants or tops. You will wear the official marching band raincoats and hats. (I know I told some of you "no hats" but I forgot about senior night and they have the blue plumes! So we will wear the hats). So, in summary:

YOUR black dress pants (NOT sweats or running pants)

Official black marching shoes with black knee socks

Marching hat with plume

Marching raincoat

It's going to be chilly and/or wet, so layer accordingly. We will present half time the same way as last game. I'm sorry, I sure wish we could march the show but the field is just too muddy to do so safely.
