SCN Jazz Workshop @Essentially Ellington
On Friday Mrs. Zupec and I were fortunate to witness a polished and exciting performance by the SCN Jazz Workshop at the Essentially Ellington festival.
With jazz great Wynton Marsalis just a few feet away making written comments, the Workshop was calm and professional as they presented their performance completely on their own after a short introduction by Mr. Wojciechowski and Mr. Stombres.
Everyone in the SCN community should be very proud of these students for their preparation, conduct, and musicianship.
