The Friends of Music would like to organize a Hospitality Team. The Hospitality Team would be responsible
for providing food and beverages, serving and greeting, if necessary at various music events.

The next event we are working on is the Jazz IMEA function this Saturday. We need some soups/stew type dishes in slow cookers, desserts and breads to serve with the soups. If you have a special recipe you would be willing to make and bring to the school on Saturday this would be great. We have to feed the various directors and clinicians that will be attending. There will be about 50 directors and lunch will start at about 11:00, we could also use some help with set up and serving.

Future events will require help in many ways, please if you are looking for a way to help and can only do something small, like send in cookies or come and be a willing pair of hands we are waiting for you!

If you have already said you willsend in food for Saturday please reply to Robin at robinfleming6@att.net subject IMEA with what you are bringing, also if you could please write on a note card what you made so we can put it on the tables with the items.
