Fitting Days

2009 Concert Attire/Marching Uniform Ordering and Fitting Days

(NOTE: Marching Band students will be fitted during a rehearsal)

The 2009 Concert Attire/Uniform Fitting Days are:

Tuesday, August 18, 2009—5:30
to 6:30 pm meeting/training for volunteers.

▪ Wednesday, August 19, 2009  5-9 pm

 

▪ Thursday, August 20, 2009  5-9 pm

 

▪ Monday, August 24, 2009  5-9 pm

 

▪ Wednesday, August 26, 2009  5:30-9 pm (Make-up fittings)

Uniform parts/concert attire ordered after these dates may incur a late charge or extra shipping charge.

Concert Attire fittings:

Students are fitted for and purchase concert dresses and tuxedo pants/shirt/jackets through St. Charles North High School.  Exact clothing requirements are listed on the "What to Wear" page.

Students need to purchase Black Tuxedo Ties.  These ties will be available later from the school store.

Marching Band Uniforms:

Students are fitted for Marching Band Uniforms, Hats, Raincoats, and the official St. Charles North Marching Band Shoes during Uniform Fitting Days.  Marching Band students will be fitted during rehearsal time. 

Blue SCN Music Polo shirts and white ball caps will be available at the St. Charles North School Store.

All Band students pay the Uniform Cleaning Fee of $7.40 to cover cleaning of marching band uniforms.  This fee is paid using the Concert Attire/Uniform Fee and Order Form. This online form will tell you the total amount to bring to the fitting for non-school store items.
