Bel Canto and Chorale to perform at the IMEA Conference in Peoria

SCN's Chorale and Bel Canto have been selected to perform at the Illinois Music Educators Association All-State Conference on Friday, January 29, 2010 in Peoria, Illinois.  This  honor provides an opportunity for the students to showcase our choral program.  This is in addition to the already announced performance of the Chorale at The American Chorale Directors Association Central Division Conference on February 25, 2010 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  We want to thank previous members of these choirs for their hard work and dedication in establishing a standard that each successive ensemble strives to match and surpass.  Members of this years Bel Canto and Chorale will be receiving information concerning these performances soon.  Again, congratulations!
